    • Enhanced a flexible, internal ticketing system within the Bloomberg Terminal, used extensively by 100+ groups, including customer service, IT, facilities, supply chain, and HR, handling millions of daily operations.
    • Develop and maintain a dynamic ticket distribution system alongside ticket & agent monitoring tools to help agents and managers quickly handle thousands of new tickets as quickly as efficiently as possible.
